Replacing Fuel Charging Assembly on Car?

The procedure is as follows :----

Fuel Charging Assembly

REMOVAL & INSTALLATION

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Relieve the fuel system pressure, as outlined earlier in this section.
3. Detach the electrical harness connectors.
4. Remove the vacuum hose and fuel return hose from the fuel pressure regulator.
5. Remove the fuel line from the fuel rail.
6. Unfasten the fuel rail retaining nuts, then remove the fuel rail.

To install:

7. Install the fuel rail and secure with the retaining nuts.
8. Connect the fuel line to the fuel rail.
9. Install the vacuum hose and fuel return hose to the fuel pressure regulator.
10. Attach the electrical harness connectors.
11. Connect the negative battery cable.
12. Pressurize the fuel system by turning the ignition switch to the ON position.
13. Check for leaks, if none are found, start the engine and recheck for any leaks.
